On 1st January 2022, following the merger of the two IT companies of the group (SI Group et Soft&Log), Altiore came into being.
SI Group is an IT services company specialising in the design, implementation and assistance necessary to deploy management solutions for SMEs and SMIs.
Soft&Log is also a Liège-based IT services company for professionals and could be called a one-stop-shop IT dedicated to the self-employed and companies. Founded in 2004 by Ives Wertz, the company has a double mission:
ICT: ordering, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT infrastructures in a broad sense (telecommunications included).
Development: consultancy and development of tailor-made software solutions.
Across Altiore, these two players will combine their strengths in order to offer complete solutions to companies ranging from the design of management solutions to the sale of computer equipment.
