Real estate division manager Unibox Group

You will work in the Unibox Group, which is a family group of entirely Belgian companies active in the leisure sector.

Our main sectors of activity are games of chance (in-person and online games), entertainment games, bowling and the Brasserie de l'Abbaye du Val-Dieu.
The Group also includes a major real estate division.

We are currently looking for a real estate division manager.

Your mission

Linked to the General Management of the Unibox Group, the real estate division manager’s primary objectives will be:

  • Management and supervision of a team of 4 people
  • Optimisation of procedures and structuring of the real estate division
  • Manage all the properties used for the operation of the Group’s activities
  • Organise, negotiate and conclude contracts for supplies and services, and ensure their execution.
  • Production of regular activity reports for general management
  • Property development management
Profile

With a higher education in real estate/site management/engineering/architecture, you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate management and administration.

You are highly independent, meticulous, you know how to manage priorities and are able to make decisions.

Considerate, attentive and available, you know how to be there for your team with the aim of achieving daily growth for everyone’s benefit.

Having the title of prevention advisor is a plus.
