Our company Ventuno announces the acquisition of Recsi!

28 Oct 2025

October 2025 marks a new major milestone for our Group.

Ventuno, a Liège-based company specialising in Italian coffee and machines for Horeca professionals and businesses, announces the acquisition of Recsi, a long-established company based in Alleur and active in the distribution of products for the Horeca sector since 1985.

Founded in 2021, Ventuno quickly established itself as a leading reference for Italian coffee in the Province of Liège, thanks to the quality of its products and a local service recognised for its responsiveness and professionalism. This acquisition is part of a growth momentum and illustrates our Group’s commitment to supporting the development of its companies while strengthening their local roots.

With this acquisition, Ventuno expands its offering for Horeca professionals while consolidating its position in the Liège market.

Ventuno customers will continue to benefit from the same high-quality service, while Recsi’s long-standing customers will discover an enhanced product offering and stronger local support.

This integration is built on shared values: quality, trust and customer satisfaction.

Through this transaction, we reaffirm our ambition to develop our companies while preserving their DNA and human values.
