Your Mission
You are in constant contact with our clients to assist them or resolve IT issues, you monitor incidents and their resolution, and you always keep an eye on the health of infrastructures.
As a member of the operational team, you must be able to manage and assimilate technologies for deployment, installation, and migration.
You are capable of building and managing an IT implementation project.

Job Description:

  • Installation of IT infrastructure:
    • Server, SAN, NAS, firewall, switch, AP, telephony…
    • Workstations, printers, mobile devices, …
    • Cloud solutions.
  • You answer the phone and/or contact people requiring support.
  • You resolve IT issues remotely and on-site.
  • You advise clients and provide your expertise to find solutions to their problems.
  • Ensure proper functioning of hardware and software.
  • Writing procedures and documentation.

Advanced knowledge in:

  • Networks and Security: LAN, WAN, Internet, Cloud, Firewall, WIFI
  • Data Storage & Virtualization: Hyper convergence, SAS, iSCSI,…
  • Backup & DR Solution: backup, replication, …
  • Cloud: O365
  • PC Hardware / Printers
  • Windows 10/11 operating system – Server 2016-2019-2022-2025, Linux.
  • Telephony: cloud, sip
  • IBM – AS400 is a plus
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Hold a B driver’s license
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
