Val-Dieu Abbey Brewery, renowned for its brewing expertise, is delighted to announce the launch of its latest creation: Val-Dieu Bourbon. This new beer perfectly combines the heritage of Val-Dieu Abbey with bold innovation through exclusive ageing in bourbon casks from the family distillery in Kentucky: Old Heaven Hill Springs.
A unique tasting journey
Val-Dieu Bourbon is the result of a distinctive collaboration with the Old Heaven Hill Springs distillery, where Val-Dieu Grand Cru beer was meticulously aged for one year in American bourbon barrels. This ageing process gives the beer a hazy orange hue, crowned with a delicate head, and a complex flavour profile that harmoniously blends notes of vanilla, dried fruits, toasted malt and spices.
Exclusivity and refinement
Produced in limited quantities, each bottle of Val-Dieu Bourbon is numbered, making every one unique. To enhance this exclusivity, Val-Dieu Abbey Brewery also offers an elegant gift box, ideal for collectors and beer enthusiasts seeking an extraordinary tasting experience.
